Elliot Holtz

Elliot Holtz is owner and operator of a private real estate business involved in purchasing and rehabbing residential properties in the Philadelphia area. From 1999 through 2008, Mr. Holtz was Executive Vice President of Marketing and Firm Operations for New York based National Financial Partners (NFP). Prior to joining NFP, Mr. Holtz was a partner at Orion Healthcare Consulting Group, an insurance consulting firm. He has also held positions with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company's Institutional Operations and United Healthcare, where he ran its health plan operations in the Pennsylvania and Delaware markets. Currently, Mr. Holtz serves on the Board of Directors of Aish HaTorah Philadelphia and on the Executive Board of Trustees of Torah Academy in Wynnewood, where he is Chair of the Ways and Means Committee. Mr. Holtz received his B.B.A. from George Washington University. Mr. Holtz and his wife have three children, including a sixth grader at AIM. He also serves as Chair of AIM's Development Committee.
