AIM is excited and honored to be a part of raising awareness of dyslexia and promoting literacy by hosting the Pennsylvania Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (PBIDA) Annual Conference and Educational Leadership Symposium on October 7 and 8, 2010. Both programs will showcase what an incredible resource the Academy can be to Greater Philadelphia educators and advocates for literacy. Mayor Michael Nutter will attend this special event and officially welcome our nationally recognized panel of presenters including Louisa Moats, Barbara Wilson, Nancy Hennessy, and Sandra Jones. On October 8, AIM will host the official PBIDA conference that will bring together 500 educators from across our region.
