AIM ~Academy In Manayunk opened its sixth year with a special ceremony where our first class of 12th grade seniors welcomed our wide-eyed first graders. AIM began in 2006 with just 27 students and today welcomed 155 including its first high school graduating class—all of whom will be taking freshman courses at Cabrini College this semester. In January, AIM will be relocating to a beautiful new campus in Conshohocken, PA (just 10 minutes from its Manayunk locations).
We were joined by TV crews from Channels 6, 10, and Fox, as well as KYW Newsradio to mark the start of this exciting school year.
AIM parents also gathered after drop-off for coffee and camaraderie and to hear from Executive Director Pat Roberts, Associate Director Nancy Blair, and new Principal Dick Baroody.
