Terry Fires Bovarnick

Terry Fires Bovarnick serves as a Director of the Credit Suisse Asset Management Income Fund and the Credit Suisse High Yield Bond Fund.  She also serves as a member of the Audit and Nominating Committees of both of those Funds.  She was a co-founder and managing partner of Chartwell Investment Partners and later served as a consultant to the Firm.  Earlier in her career she served as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Delaware Investment Advisors and was a Senior Research Analyst and Head of Strategic Research in the pension fund investment area of E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Company.

Ms. Bovarnick is active in the community.  She currently serves as the President of the Home and School Association at the AIM~Academy In Manayunk.  She is Chair of the Board of Directors of Philadelphia Gymnastics Center.  At Temple Adath Israel she is a member of the Board of Directors and the Board of Education and serves as Co-President of its Religious School PTA.  She is also a member of the Bala Cynwyd Middle School Principal’s Advisory Council.   She served on the Boards of the Delaware Community Foundation and the Fund for Women and was a founding member of the latter organization.  She is a current member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and past President of the Financial Analysts of Wilmington.

Ms. Bovarnick is a Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Masters of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree majoring in Finance from the University of Miami.

Ms. Bovarnick is married and has two children, one of whom is a student at AIM~Academy in Manayunk.
