Alan Casnoff, Esq. is a partner in P & A Associates, real estate developers and is of counsel to the firm of Zarwin, Baum, DeVito, Kaplan, Schaer & Toddy, P.C. Mr.Casnoff is also currently President, CEO and Director of DVL, Inc., a publicly held real estate company, with which he has been associated since 1963. From 1974 to 1985 Mr. Casnoff was a partner in the firm of Saul, Ewing, Remick & Saul.

For many years Mr. Casnoff has been involved with and held leadership roles in local and national communal support institutions. At this time, he is Chairman of the Board of Wordsworth Academy, a Board Member of Philadelphiance and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.

Mr. Casnoff is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School ’66 and Law School ’69.
