Jerry L. Johnson is Chairman of Radnor Trust, a division of Nextier Bank, a 130 year old trust company.

Mr. Johnson graduated from Truman State University, receiving his BS in Psychology. Over the years he also earned a Master of Science in Psychology and, later, a Master of Science in Management, from the Sloan School of MIT.

He has held a variety of executive positions, primarily in the fields of communications and software, with increasing degrees of responsibility, in areas of operations, expense controls, marketing, business development, and financial management. He has participated supervision and active involvement leading to successful IPOs.

Mr. Johnson serves on the Board of PacWest (PACW), a public company, as a member of the Executive Committee and as Chairman of the Governance and Nominating Committee. He is also on the Board of the Educational Management Corporation (EDMC), one of the largest providers of private post-secondary education in North America. He is a member of the Audit Committee and of the Governance and Nominating Committee. In addition, Mr. Johnson serves on the board of the Penn Liberty Bank as a member of the Executive Committee and of the Compensation Committee.

Mr. Johnson also serves on the boards pf the Barnes Foundation Society, the Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra and the Episcopal Academy.
