Jeffrey Naser, M.D.
Jeffrey Naser, M.D., is board certified in general psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and forensic psychiatry. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School. Dr. Naser completed his residency in general psychiatry at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and his residency in child and adolescent psychiatry at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He was an attending psychiatrist at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia prior to going into private practice. Dr. Naser currently provides clinical care to patients of all ages. He is also a consultant to the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf and Delaware School for the Deaf. Dr. Naser has chaired numerous committees over the years, and is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society, Philadelphia Psychiatric Society, and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He has received a number of awards, including the Jack Greenspan Award by the Philadelphia Psychiatric Society (2001), the Laughlin Fellowship from the American College of Psychiatrists (1997) and the Presidential Scholar Award from the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (1996). In 2001, Dr. Naser was named as a “Top Doc” in Philadelphia Magazine. Dr. Naser has served as an editor for books on psychiatric disorders. He regularly lectures to professional, academic and parent groups. He has extensive experience and expertise in treating psychiatric disorders. |
