Marvin D. Alloy is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, where he received his B.S. in Economics.

He is certified in the District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, New Jersey Society of CPAs and Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.

While Mr. Alloy represents clients in varied business enterprises, he specializes in representing clients involved in real estate ownership and development. His clients' interests include apartment complexes, shopping centers, hotels and office buildings. In connection with apartment complexes, he has appeared before Rent Control Boards as an advocate for the landlord. Mr. Alloy has been selected by the Court as an Accounting Master in connection with matters involving litigation. Over the years, Mr. Alloy has represented various local water and sewerage companies, consisting of the normal accounting and tax requirements as well as the filing of the annual reports required by the Board of Public Utilities. He has also prepared numerous applications for rate increases and testified before various state authorities in support thereof.

In a financial, budgetary and economic capacity, Mr. Alloy has served as an advisor to the boards of directors of local corporations and charitable organizations.
