Marvin N. Demchick is a private investor, corporate director and advisor.
Mr. Demchick previously was Chairman and CEO of two NASDAQ companies during the 1970s and 1980s. His prior business involvements were in the fields of insurance and estate planning for senior executives and high net worth individuals.

Over the past fifty years, Mr. Demchick has devoted a major portion of his time to communal service involvement and leadership. He was campaign chair for several charity and education institutions. He currently serves as life trustee on four not-for profit boards.

Mr. Demchick has been married to his wife, Mildred, for sixty-one years. They have three daughters and five grandchildren.
