AIM Students Win Film Festival Awards

AIM Academy Upper School students were winners at the recent awards ceremony for the Greenfield Youth Film Festival. The 9-year-old film festival is a forum for young filmmakers from the metropolitan Philadelphia region to collaborate, create and showcase their work while expressing their creativity through film.

AIM Academy filmmaking students submitted original work to the festival and on Thursday, April 27th, AIM Senior Ross S. '17 was awarded Best Screenplay for his short film Ripples featuring AIM Academy students as actors and Ross S. and five other members of AIM's Upper School Filmmaking club: Jordan '18, Jaiden '20, Ben F '20, Declan '20 and Malcolm '20, won first place for Best Group Project for their tension-filled short Defusal.
