Stipend: $3,500 per season + potential off-season stipends
Start Date: Winter 2025/26 Season

Job Summary:

AIM Academy is seeking a passionate and energetic Associate Head Varsity Boys Basketball Coach to support and grow our rising basketball program. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn under an experienced coaching staff with the goal of eventually leading the program.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with practice planning, skill development, and team strength & conditioning.
Mentor players across varied skill levels with positivity and high standards.
Communicate effectively with players, families, and staff.
Support off-season training and team-building (additional stipends possible).
Collaborate with the Athletic Department and promote a positive sports culture.

Skills:

3-5 years Basketball coaching experience (high school, club, or college level preferred).
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Creative, committed, and growth-minded coach.
Passion for teaching basketball and developing student-athletes.
