Position: Head Varsity Tennis Coach - 2 Season - Fall (girls) & Spring (boys)
Stipend: $3,500 per season + potential off-season stipends
Start Date: Fall 2025/26 Season

Job Summary:

AIM Academy is seeking a passionate and energetic Head Varsity Tennis Coach to lead our growing tennis program. This role would be for both the Fall season when the Girls Tennis team plays and the Spring season when the Boys play. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead practice planning, skill development, and team strength & conditioning.
• Mentor players across varied skill levels with positivity and high standards.
• Communicate effectively with players, families, and staff.
• Support off-season training and team-building (additional stipends possible).
• Collaborate with the Athletic Department and promote a positive sports culture.

Skills:

• 3-5 years Tennis coaching experience (high school, club, or college level preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Creative, committed, and growth-minded coach.
• Passion for teaching Tennis and developing student-athletes.
