In her sixth year teaching at AIM Academy, Liz serves as the second grade teacher and enjoys sharing her love of learning with her students. Throughout her time at AIM, Liz has taught fourth, third, and second grade. This will be her sixth year spending her summer at AIM. Over the years, she has taught the youngest learners as the Launch teacher and she has found much joy in creating engaging and active learning experiences for the students. Additionally, Liz facilitates the partnership between AIM Academy and Saint Joseph’s University, acting as the Teacher Scholar Coordinator and supports the Lower School as a member of the Grade Level and Speciality Coordinator Team.

Alicia DeVane

Wrapping up her fifth year as an AIM Middle School science teacher, Alicia was introduced to the AIM Wolf Pack through a partnership with the Philadelphia Zoo in 2014. She returned the following year for her student teaching experience and never looked back. Alicia has spent nearly two decades teaching learners of varying ages and abilities through her work with the Philadelphia Zoo, Camden New Jersey’s Adventure Aquarium and the YMCA.  For the 2023-2024 school year, Alicia will continue to teach science as she takes on the new role of Culture & Climate Coordinator.

Nicole Lauria

Nicole is our Lead Teacher for the Upper School Seminar Program, and has been a part of the AIM family for six years. Her goal is to create an immersive seminar experience for high school students so they can learn about and discuss complex topics while engaging their reading and writing skills. During the school year, Nicole works with 9th-12th grade and teaches ELA and Latin. Nicole is looking forward to another great summer program this year!

Tammy Daly

Tammy is currently a Middle School Interactive Humanities teacher at AIM.  In addition to her over 20 years of teaching experience, she has had the privilege and pleasure of working with teen and young adult counselors as an administrator, pool manager, and camp director locally. She believes that giving opportunities for leadership helps strengthen relationship and communication skills, teach responsibility, and build confidence for future endeavors. Plus it's fun!
