Steve Lawrence Memorial Game
Please join us on September 27th, at 6:30 PM for the Steve Lawrence Memorial Soccer Game. Steve, who passed away in June and is the father of Jake Lawrence '24, was the loudest and proudest parent, attending every game with enthusiasm. The greatest tribute to Steve would be to surround the field with cheering fans. We hope to see you there!
Attendance to the game is free however, with a $20 donation you will receive a BBQ dinner and a drink. While we encourage pre-registration, a limited number of food tickets will be available at the game via cash or Venmo. A special thank you to the Weidamoyer family for generously providing dinner for this special event.
The Lawrence family has requested that all donations (including food tickets) made in Steve's honor be directed to AIM Athletics. These contributions will help sustain the teams and programs that Steve was passionate about supporting. Additionally, we aim to memorialize his legacy with a dedicated space on campus to honor our athletes, ensuring his memory continues to inspire future generations.

Remembering Steve Lawrence
This June, AIM lost a dear member of our community. Stephen Lawrence, father to Jake Lawrence '24, was Wolfpack Athletics' number one fan. A constant presence on the sidelines, Steve never missed one of his son's soccer or basketball games. He was the loudest and proudest parent, pumping his fists with each goal or basket. Our players fed off Steve's enthusiasm, and there was no one prouder of them when they gave it their all and left it all on the field. Through tough seasons and last year's championship run, Steve was there, cheering on AIM.
There is no greater testament to Steve's spirit than his son, Jake '24, who spent five years at AIM being a friend his classmates counted on deeply. Captain of last year's Varsity Boys Soccer Team, like his dad, Jake helped others believe in themselves, and he took great pride in being part of the AIM Wolfpack.
Steve is also survived by his wife, Marcy, his daughters, Alexandria, Maggie, and Ava, and his grandson, Isaac. His family will be in attendance for the game to honor his incredible memory.
