AIM Lunch Program
For the 2023-2024 school year, AIM is partnering with Ordo as our meal provider for student dining to enhance delicious food options for our students, faculty, and staff. We have listened to the feedback and concerns of the community regarding our lunch program and have decided to move in a new and exciting direction.
Ordo provides both hot and cold fresh, healthy lunch options prepared by one single, local catering company in a nut-free kitchen. Monthly menus rotate allowing for multiple selections each week and there will be gluten-free and vegan options available. In using one professional kitchen to prepare our meals, we will have a lot of influence over the choices that are available and be able to enhance and shape meal plans throughout the school year. Another benefit is that families will have more control over portion sizes and will be able to choose between different options. Ordo will also be working with a favorite vendor from last school year, Fingers Wings and Other Things, for special selections on Fridays.
On August 24, 2023 families will receive a Welcome email from Ordo with registration and account sign up information. We will also send a “Chef bio” so you can get to know the person who will be responsible for creating and serving our lunches. Sign up instructions and menus will be available with a link that will take you directly to AIM’s page to begin lunch service on the first day our students return to the building for the 2023-24 school year.
