AIM Parent Community

Did you know that as a parent or guardian of an AIM student, you are already a member of the APC?

The AIM Parent Community is dedicated to cultivating life outside the classrooms for all our students and families. Together we grow school traditions, support events, foster school spirit, make connections and share information about our AIMazing community.

Are you wondering how you can get more involved?  Email to inquire about volunteer opportunities.

APC Coordinators are parent volunteers who help facilitate effective communication between AIM and families, and work to build community engagement. There is a Lead Coordinator for each division (Lower, Middle, and Upper Schools), and a Grade Coordinator for each grade.

The Lead Coordinator partners with their respective division head to create, plan and manage events for each division, as well as support the Grade Coordinators in their division.

The Grade Coordinators work closely with their Lead Coordinators to welcome new families, solicit volunteers, communicate event details, coordinate grade-specific happenings and answer parent-to-parent inquiries

The APC supports these school-wide events.

Welcome Back Coffee - Stop by for coffee to meet and mingle with other AIM parents and guardians as we celebrate the First Day of School!

Cookies & Cocoa - Provide sweet treats and hot chocolate for our faculty & staff to enjoy as they celebrate the holidays!

Joyful Giving - Spread holiday cheer by contributing to our holiday faculty and staff gift campaign. Your generous donations will ensure that all AIM employees receive a gift card from families during this festive season.

AIM For the Stars Gala - Collect items for your grade's themed basket which will be auctioned off at the AIM For the Stars Gala!

Teacher Appreciation Week - Spoil our faculty and staff during a week-long celebration filled with food, fun and surprises!

In addition to the all-school events listed above, Division Leads and Grade Coordinators also plan and support division-wide events a year and provide support to AIM's Student Life department for other division-specific activities such as:
